Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We also develops, designs and manufactures computer peripherals and components BASIC DUTIES:Quality issue handling for Mechanical/ Electronic partsEstablishing the development direction and formulating the QA processResponsible for the formulation of the department's rules and regulations, job responsibilities, etc.Lead the implementation of the department's KPIs assessmentResponsible for the daily affairs management of the department, handling of abnormal incidents, cost control and other related workWork with team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements.Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements.Support activities to maintain Quality and Environmental System registration.Variety of assignments and responsibilities related or incidental to the primary function.Review Design Drawings / Component Drawings / Engineering Standards to properly address Critical (CC) and Significant (SC) characteristics.Complete supplier and performance audits to enhance process standardization and waste elimination. Evaluate data to initiate process improvement opportunities along the supply chain Responsible to act as a liaison between cross functional teams, and to review and approve PPAP’s from suppliersfor submission to the Manufacturing Teams and Customers" Responsible contact for all those suppliers, who communicate quality issues with all concerned suppliers. Ensure supplier quality management system efficiencies. Claim to supplier regarding to the quality problem and confirm the root cause. EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:College degree in Engineering Industry, Electrical ,Mechatronic or experience equivalent5 years of experience in Quality field required.Experience in Microsoft office management (Word, Power Point, Excel),GD&TUnderstanding of basic problem solving skills.80% English or more
