Senior Operations Manager for Manufacturing Plants

Job Title: Manufacturing Site Director Job Description: The Manufacturing Site Director will lead all site operations, including production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and delivering quality products to customers. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, aligning with the company's vision and mission. Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, maintaining applicable certifications (FDA, ISO, etc.). Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of safety, talent development, and ethical compliance. Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, with at least 10 years of experience in the maquiladora industry. A Master's degree is preferred. The candidate should also have advanced English proficiency, regulatory knowledge, and technical skills in Lean Manufacturing and quality systems. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Experience: At least 10 years in the maquiladora industry. Technical Knowledge: Regulatory standards (ISO, FDA, applicable NOMs), quality systems, Lean Manufacturing. Language: Advanced English proficiency.
