Quality Assurance Specialist

About Us This role is part of our supply chain management team, responsible for improving the quality of supplied products and materials. We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers to develop and implement quality assurance processes, launch new products, address issues, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure they meet industry quality standards and production requirements. Conduct supplier evaluations to assess their ability to meet industry quality standards and production requirements. Work with suppliers to develop and implement quality control plans, inspection procedures, and test protocols for incoming materials and components. Develop and implement layered processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Investigate and resolve complex quality issues related to supplier or multiple supplier material and/or issues. Analyze supplier performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Technical or Quality Bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience or 10 years' experience in Automotive Quality/Supplier Quality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with suppliers, senior leadership, and internal teams. Demonstrated skills in developing suppliers' Automotive quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards. Ability to communicate in English. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time. Knowledge and skills of Precision devices measurements. Engineering background with clear basic knowledge.
