Senior Inventory Manager

Job Description The role of the Materials Manager is crucial in overseeing the company's inventory and shipments. They are responsible for receiving all materials from various sources, storing them, and maintaining their quality to ensure integrity. Additionally, they lead a team to comply with expiration dates, ESD, and MSD requirements. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and receive all incoming materials within established system goals. Store materials in warehouses. Fulfill ESD, MSD, and expiration date requirements. E nsure inventory accuracy to meet Finance's requirements. Oversee excess and obsolete materials. Create supermarkets, implement best practices for picking and material preparation, and establish KPIs to minimize picking cycle time. Pick and deliver kits on time for Production. Collaborate with teams to ensure kits delivered to Production are intact and on schedule. Work with Purchasing, Quality, and Planning to fulfill customer requests. Direct Shipping crew to execute shipment plans. Lead Material's team to meet Neo's needs regarding materials. Identify opportunities to reduce Materials operations costs. Partner with QA and HR to develop training and skills for Materials crew. Maintain third-party warehouse levels at the lowest possible cost. Kanban system knowledge and continuous improvement processes. Cycle counts process knowledge to apply in Inventory Warehouse. Excellent understanding of supply material routines to deliver materials to production lines. Good experience in reducing materials in process. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent academic background with a Bachelor degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. APICS certifications desired.
