Operations Coordinator Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our production processes. About the Role: You will be responsible for coordinating production activities across various manufacturing areas, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customer requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute production runs, taking into account inventory levels, client demands, and production capabilities. Your Key Responsibilities: Create detailed production plans, considering client needs, inventory levels, and production capacity. Ensure seamless communication with clients through official systems (deliveries, tickets, packages). Maintain optimal inventory levels of finished products. Develop sales projections based on client demands. Coordinate break points, engineering samples, and closing programs to prevent obsolescence. Monitor packaging inventory to ensure alignment with production schedules and shipment plans, reporting promptly to clients using systems like GM:CLIPS or Stellantis:SMART (CMS). If necessary, activate backup systems (Packing Ing). Requirements: Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of experience in the field Essential Skills: Knowledge of client portals (Ford, GM, Stellantis) Understanding of MRP and MRP II systems Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards Awareness of VDA 6.3 (Plus) Advanced English language skills
