Software Developer II

BEPC Inc. provides Specialized Engineering Solutions and IT Project Management services to Fortune 500 companies in the Life Science and Technology industries. BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe. BEPC Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Software Developer II with advanced experience in Power BI and Power Automate. The ideal candidate should have an intermediate level of English and a completed university degree. This role requires strong soft skills such as responsibility, sense of urgency, and commitment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Create and optimize stored procedures, views, and queries in Microsoft SQL Server. • Participate in technical design and documentation of software solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Use reporting tools such as Power BI or SSRS • Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and industry regulations. • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software functionality and stability. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 2 to 4 years of experience in similar positions. • Proven experience in software development using C# and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database programming (stored procedures, views, functions). • Experience in writing technical documentation. • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Previous experience in healthcare-related projects or familiarity with standards like HIPAA, HL7 is a plus. • Intermediate level of English (reading and writing) and intermediate English conversation skills.
