BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Developer to join our team in the medical industry. This role is essential for the development, maintenance, and documentation of software solutions that support clinical, administrative, and data analysis processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft technologies, web development, and basic data visualization tools.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend services using modern development technologies.Develop scalable applications using Python frameworks such as Flask or Django.Build interactive user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.Design, implement, and optimize database structures, stored procedures, and queries in Microsoft SQL Server.Develop scripts and data processing tools using Python with libraries such as pandas and NumPy for handling Excel and CSV datasets.Participate in the technical design, architecture discussions, and documentation of software solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions.Support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting in Windows Server environments.MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in software development or related roles.Experience with Python development using frameworks such as Flask or Django.Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.Experience processing Excel and CSV files using Python libraries such as pandas and NumPy.Familiarity with Windows Server environments and application deployment.Experience in technical documentation and software lifecycle practices.Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.Previous experience in healthcare or medical device environments or familiarity with standards such as HIPAA or HL7 is a plus.Self-directed, results-oriented, and proactive.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversational).Availability to work in a hybrid work model.
