AOI SPI Engineer (Mexico Plant)

AOI SPI Engineer (Mexico Plant) Job Resposibilities: 1. Equipment Operation & Maintenance (O&M): Troubleshooting: Responsible for resolving technical anomalies and equipment issues for AOI/SPI systems in customer Inventec Mexico's plant (IMX). Maintenance & Calibration: Perform annual preventive maintenance and calibration for PEMTRON and MagicRay SPI & AOI equipment. Installation: Lead the installation and commissioning of new PEMTRON and MagicRay SPI & AOI machinery. 2. Technical Training: Skill Enhancement: Assist IMX’s AOI engineers in improving technical proficiency to reduce false call rates and enhance detection accuracy. Operator Training: Facilitate training programs for IMX's AOI & SPI equipment operators. 3. On-site Management: Cross-Cultural Coordination : Act as the primary technical liaison with Mexican engineers at IMX's plant. Reporting : Provide regular progress updates and feedback to Taiwanese supervisors at IMX . 4. External Communication (Online Support): Technical Exchange (PEMTRON & MagicRay ): Coordinate technical support and knowledge sharing with PEMTRON & MagicRay engineers (Mexican and Chinese nationals). Reporting : Submit daily work reports to company executives/management. Job Requirements & Qualifications: 1. Core Skills: Optics & Imaging : In-depth knowledge of geometric optics principles and CCD imaging technology. Equipment Proficiency : Expert-level operation of SPI and AOI equipment (specifically PEMTRON SPI & 3D AOI and MagicRay AOI). 2. Experience: Industry Experience : 2+ years of relevant experience in the field. Technical Knowledge : Thorough understanding of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) manufacturing processes and workflows. 3. Language Requirements: English : Required/Proficient. Mandarin Chinese : Preferred (Highly advantageous).
