Test Engineer

Test Engineer Objective: Ensure the proper execution of electrical and electronic tests by installing, operating, and maintaining test systems. This role guarantees the reliability of power products through failure diagnostics, operation of specialized test equipment, interpretation of electrical schematics, and execution of test procedures in English, contributing to compliance with quality, safety, and technical performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain test systems for electrical and electronic products. Perform functional, high-voltage, and high-current testing on power equipment and cabinets. Diagnose failures in hardware, software, communication interfaces, and test equipment. Operate and maintain specialized instruments (AC/DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, electronic loads, multimeters, network switches, Hipot/IR testers). Read and interpret electrical schematics and perform wiring, inspection, and troubleshooting. Execute test procedures written in English and document results, findings, and corrective actions. Create or modify automated test scripts (Python, LabVIEW, TestStand, SCPI). Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in electrical/electronic testing, validation, or technical lab environments. Advanced English proficiency. Experience with high-voltage/high-current testing and automated test scripting (Python, LabVIEW, TestStand, SCPI).
