NPI Validation Engineer Junior

Responsibilities: Perform process validations as required: IQ/OQ/PQ, TMV, Software Validation; generate protocols and test reports. Support production floor with training and conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities. Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, planning and technical aspects of equipment and production line. Production line data analysis (downtime, financial scrap) Knowledge of manufacturing documents (TR, TRP's, Control Plan, MS, I-Sheets, MVP, Set Up, others) Ability to work collaboratively with different departments (Quality, Manufacturing, Finances, Planning). Work experience in Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Experience in Equipment inventory, preventive maintenance schedule. Work on Non-Conformances in Quality System. Ability to Execution and implementation of engineering projects. Authors and reviews technical protocols, reports, standards and change orders. Release engineering documentation and bill of materials. Upper intermediate or Advanced English is required.
