This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes. Responsibilities Support operations in quality initiatives. Use statistics and other quality tools to monitor and improve production processes. Resolve customer issues. Support supplier quality improvement. Troubleshoot production processes and product issues. Support compliance with FDA and ISO standards. Interact with customers to troubleshoot product issues. Support all customer corrective action requests. Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures Participate in internal and external quality audits Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering 3+ years' of industry experience on SMT, TH, WS PCBA processes SPI inspection Strong knowledge of IPCA610 cosmetic criteria IPC 7711/ 21- Repair AOI, AXI component inspection (BGAs) Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving 8 D/ Continual improvement approach
