Job Summary: Serve as a strategic liaison between the company and labor union, proactively managing relations within a maquiladora environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage relationship with labor union effectively, promoting open dialogue and timely resolution of disputes. Actively participate in collective bargaining negotiations, wage reviews, and consultation processes. Provide guidance to leaders on labor issues, current legislation, and best practices in relations. Assist with inspections, audits, and reviews, ensuring fair and documented processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years in Human Resources within an industrial or maquiladora environment. Native Spanish and intermediate English skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and make assertive decisions.
