Calling all creatives, solvers, analysts, planners, doers, and visionaries! East West is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Human Resources Director to lead HR operations across two manufacturing sites in Juárez, Mexico. This high-impact, on-site leadership role is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws, and fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across both locations Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, training, and compliance Ensure full compliance with Mexican employment laws , labor regulations, and internal policies Partner with plant leadership to support operational goals through workforce planning and organizational development Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation and cultural alignment Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR strategy, risk mitigation, and employee engagement Manage labor relations, including union interactions if applicable Lead investigations, resolve complex employee issues, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention, productivity, and morale Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience , preferably in a manufacturing environment Proven experience managing multi-site operations Deep knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance standards Demonstrated success in leading teams , driving organizational change , and influencing senior stakeholders Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) This job description is a summary of the responsibilities associated with this role and may be amended as required by the company.
