Strategic HR Leader Wanted for Multisite Operations

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR leader to drive strategic initiatives, ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, and foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across two manufacturing sites in Juárez, Mexico. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving organizational change, and influencing senior stakeholders.
