Mental Health Therapist - Independent Clinical Practice

We are seeking part-time, internationally licensed psychotherapists to deliver care with a tech-enabled platform that puts patient outcomes first. Provide counseling services to clients with benefits ranging from short-term goal-focused EAP to employer health plans allowing as many sessions as medically necessary. Treat adults who have completed evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern. Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system. Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to your client's needs. Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team and administrative care support team whenever needed. Provide culturally competent and empathetic care upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders. This role requires you to be properly qualified to practice counseling in Chihuahua, with a minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience. You will have access to a computer or laptop, be comfortable with technology, and be tele-health competent. You must be available to offer some amount of monthly in-person availability for clients in Juárez. You should have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT. The ideal candidate is committed to quality clinical care and wants to expand their capabilities and effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
