Job Title: Specialist Insurance Professional Job Summary: This role focuses on promoting insurance solutions that cater to clients' wealth needs, particularly in savings, retirement, and investment. The ideal candidate will deliver customer-centric sales leads through analytical programs and referrals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and capitalize on insurance business opportunities by promptly following up on analytically driven leads and campaigns. Maintain a high submitted-to-issued ratio with prompt follow-up and after-sales service. Promote the professional sale of insurance products. Provide specialist advice on suitable insurance solutions to meet the protection needs of Premier NRC customers. Establish effective working relationships with other teams within the branch and relevant partners to ensure consistent service standards. Drive multiple-need fulfillment for existing NRC Insurance ETB customers through cross-selling and maturity campaigns. Contribute to building a positive team culture by ensuring quality business referrals and skills among team members, as well as product knowledge and skills sharing. Support referrals to the branch when other customer needs are identified. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions. Deep knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, including market awareness, social-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirements. Extensive external market awareness of current market conditions, new product solutions, and financial activities. Ability to correctly identify client needs.
