Position: Experience Operator (Multi-role employee) Location: Prison Island Samara Satelite Commercial Center - Mexico Start Date: April 15 Contract Type: Full-time permanent contract with a probationary period / Part Time positions available as well. Reports to: Center Manager Languages: Spanish (other languages are a plus) Conditions – What do we offer? Gross monthly salary: $12,000 MXN Annual vacation: 12 working days starting from the date of hire, with progressive increases based on seniority Main Responsibilities As a Team Member, your responsibilities will include, among others: Customer Service • Welcome, guide, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner • Provide information about activities, schedules, prices, and access conditions • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person • Snack and Beverage Sales at the bar Registration and Reservation Management • Manage participant registration (create badges, team names, etc.) • Administer bookings and cancellations through the reservation system • Process payments Facility Management • Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities • Monitor the proper functioning of the game rooms • Manage inventory and stock levels Required Skills • Excellent verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a team • Ability to handle stress • Autonomy and initiative Benefits and Perks Aguinaldo (Christmas bonus): 15 days Savings Fund: 8% Training and professional development opportunities (open to discussion depending on profile and role needs) Exclusive Benefits • Free access to the game • 30% discount for friends or family (up to 3 times per year) • Opportunity for growth within an international group Schedule: Variable schedule with rotating shifts, including weekends and official public holidays.
