MCUSA It is a new creation Company focus on Molds manufacturing located in Juarez Mexico.Our ownership has over half a century of experience in the molding industry.We pride ourselves in offering the highest level of quality, customer service, and tool design capability.**Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Develop, implement, revise and maintain accounting systems, procedures, and policies.- Ensure the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.- Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements and costing variance analysis, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.- Design, develop and implement procedures and policies in the area of Accounting in consultation with the principal of the company to minimize errors and eliminate any repetition of errors, mistakes, oversights, etc.- Work on the tune up of SAGE implementation- Ensure accounting entries in SAGEX3 are accurate and posted in a timely manner.- Mentor and provide feedback to colleagues and subordinates in the Accounting function to enhance their skills and ensure career development.- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.- Supervise all accounting personnel.- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.- Oversees Accounting department, coordinate the back office support and have a detail cost control and inventory analysis.- Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations.- Organize workflow within the Accounting area to ensure no aspect of accounting function is affected as a result of absence of an employee.- Stay current on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.- Ensure timely collections. Minimize payment outstanding.- Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager.**Position Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, Master’s degree and CPA a plus- Experience with Maquila- Must be well versed in closing (monthly/quarterly/annually)- Strong Cost Accounting experience- Experience managing ERPs, SAGEX3 a plus- Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with serious work ethic- Proficient in MS Office suite- Must be able to travel internationally, and be available for calls on an international schedule- Ability to strategize and solve problems- Strong leadership and organizational skills- Excellent communication skillsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
