**About Us**We are a fast-growing sales and marketing company specializing in outbound call center operations. Our Mexico City Reforma office is dynamic, competitive, and results-driven. We focus on high-volume sales campaigns and value leaders who can motivate teams to consistently deliver results.**Role Overview****Key Responsibilities**- Manage day-to-day operations of the call center floor (20-30+ agents).- Drive sales performance through coaching, training, and real-time feedback.- Monitor metrics: conversion rates, lead handling, talk time, and closing rates.- Implement scripts, objection-handling strategies, and proven sales systems.- Motivate the team with incentives, energy, and leadership presence.- Report daily results to upper management and adjust strategies as needed.- Ensure attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies.**Qualifications**- Minimum **3 years of proven experience** managing call center sales teams.- Track record of **exceeding sales targets** in phone-based environments.- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.- Fluent in **Spanish**; English proficiency a plus.- Hands-on mentality with the ability to control a sales floor.- Knowledge of CRMs, dialers, and sales KPIs.**What We Offer**- Competitive **base salary (MXN)** + **high performance bonuses**.- Growth opportunity in a rapidly expanding company.- Professional, energetic environment in Reforma’s business district.- Weekly and monthly incentives for top managers and teams.Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month**Experience**:- call center : 3 years (required)**Location**:- 06600, Juárez, CDMX (required)Work Location: In person
