Our relentless pursuit to be the benchmark in the tequila industry drives us forward, one bottle at a time.Working with Friends and feeling at home, that’s what we do in Casamigos!!About the role:- The Performance Improvement Lead will be an integral part of a process team to help develop and coach cultural change and drive towards Zero Stops & Zero Waste- Performance Partner to Process Team Leader with joint accountability for results of the line scorecard (Safety/Quality/Cost /Service) - especially c/o time, OEE losses, long and short stops and other forms of waste- Implement & Coach to ensure sustainable deployment of MMS practices and lead at least 1 practice at line / hall level.-- Facilitate and leading plant and process problem solving.- Coaching of process team (PTL'S, Operators and Craft) on trouble shooting tools- Provide performance data and drive CI activities eg into weekly Planned Preventative Maintenance Meeting, & Weekly Team Meeting- Support process teams to drive an integrated approach to continuous improvement at T1 & T2- Support Data Analysis for their designated linesEngage with the Daily & Weekly Operational Review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities.Experience / skills required:The position requires working in a collaborative and dynamic environment to achieve exceptional results. Team members in this role must have strong technical skills as well as attitudes and competencies that enable them to work effectively and efficiently.- At least 3 years’ experience in a process environment with a proven track record in leading people and/or small teams, projects and cross functional team working- A proven track record of utilising manufacturing excellence tools and techniques such as 5S, set up time reduction, Lean six sigma, Asset Care, DMAIC improvement techniques.- Experience of coaching and influencing a range of partners for success is essential.- Track record of great engagement and communication skills- Intermediate project management skills.- Desirable knowledge in Tequila making process- Ability to interpret and analyse extensive data sources to identify loss and waste, cost saving opportunities and trends,- Proficient in use of standard business (MS Office) and Diageo packages- Solid understanding of SAP.- Sophisticated formal training or further education or qualified through experience- Yellow and Green belt six sigma- Train the trainer- DMAICFlexible Working Statement:Flexibility is key to our success.
