The HR Intern position is accountable for providing a variety of general administrative support duties, including but not limited to, the essential duties listed below.This position interacts with multiple levels of management, inter-departmental and/or external business partners, providing administrative services. These services may be internal, off-site or within a high-profile environment, and require professional interpersonal skills and demeanor, as well as confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.Essential**Responsibilities**:- Provide first level support on Human Resources matters, providing a professional service to ensure the Company maintains accurate records, KPI’s, good employee relations and legal compliance.- Support the delivery of Human Resources objectives which add value in accordance with the overall business strategy.- Perform general and intermediate administrative tasks, word processing, data entry, filing, scanning and telephone services, as needed.- Respond to written and verbal requests for approved documentation, questionnaires and basic form completion and submission, as trained and authorized.- Organize, update and maintain departmental or company-wide lists, presentation libraries or data files, which may include intranet and internet web page maintenance; and data file management (electronically or in hard copy,) as trained and authorized.- May provide a variety of duties, such as preparation of employee benefit packages, employee service awards, expense reports, check requisitions or vendor invoice tracking and follow up, as needed.- Create simple graphics used for intranet buttons for review and approval- Attend all Company sponsored meetings, events or trainings, as requested- Perform other duties as assigned.Abilities, Skills and Knowledge- Knowledge and expertise is within function at the entry level- Good communication skills (English and Spanish)- Good MS Office skills- Knowledge of process and work instruction development- Proven ability to multitask differing priorities- Customer service oriented- Attention to details
