We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities: 1- Strategic Planning and Operations: Developing and implementing business strategies: GMs create plans for growth, market expansion, and achieving business objectives, often in collaboration with upper management. Setting goals and objectives:They define clear targets for performance, revenue, and other key metrics, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy. Overseeing day-to-day operations:GMs monitor daily activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulations. 2- Financial Management: Creating and managing budgets:GMs develop and track budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial performance aligns with targets. Analyzing financial data:They review financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance profitability. Ensuring financial stability:GMs play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of their unit or department. 3- Leadership and Employee Management: Recruiting and training staff:GMs oversee the hiring process, training, and development of employees to meet performance expectations. Managing employee performance:They conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement strategies for improvement and employee development. Motivating and inspiring teams:GMs create a positive work environment, foster collaboration, and inspire employees to achieve their best. 4- Stakeholder Relations and Communication: Building relationships with clients and partners:GMs maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other business partners. Communicating with employees and management: They serve as a key point of contact between different levels of the organization, facilitating clear communication and collaboration. Representing the company:GMs often represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences. 5. Problem Solving and Decision Making: Identifying and resolving issues:GMs proactively identify potential problems, analyze causes, and implement solutions to address them. Making strategic decisions:They make informed decisions based on data analysis, market trends, and other relevant factors to drive business success. Ensuring business continuity:They develop plans to mitigate risks and ensure business operations continue smoothly in the face of challenges Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Professional qualification (Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, International Business or related field). Minimum post qualification experience of 6+ years within Supply Chain, Operations. Advanced English Proficiency. Exposure to SAP ERP system would be strongly preferred. Practical knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS). Project management, from planning to execution. Negotiation techniques with suppliers and customers.
