Material Flow Engineer

This role focuses on improving internal logistics, line-side delivery, packaging flow, and visual management tools. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient part presentation and inventory handling aligned with production needs.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field2+ years of experience in manufacturing or materials flowKnowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement toolsExperience with data analysis and process mappingRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplineMinimum of 2 years of industry experience in operations or manufacturing strategyDemonstrated ability to organize, lead, and influence cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel up to 20% for site and supplier visitsPosition Overview The Material Flow Engineer will design and implement material flow systems to support production efficiency, optimize line-side delivery, packaging layout, and visual aids, analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements, support inbound logistics and internal part distribution, collaborate with teams to align material flow with production schedules and maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.We are an ambitious, resourceful, and driven workforce, which empowers us to THINK OUTSIDE.
