And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!**Job Description**:Job Description Summary:**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate the background checks, medical exams, offer process and all hiring activities.- Works with external resources including temporary agencies, contract search and internet sourcing tools.- Responsible for the Induction Program of all new hires.- Process the Internal Promotions and move at operative level.- Update vacancies report weekly.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related careers.- Intermediate/ advanced level of English.- 2 years of experience in high volume manufacturing recruitment processes.- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - is a plus specifically in Workday- Availability to work on site - Monterrey plant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
