Job DescriptionResponsible for formulation and execution of the bank’s server architecture framework and methodology by building and supporting scalable governance processes, participating in the negotiation of external service contracts, and aligning existing server architectural design with the Bank’s goals and objectives. Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for server performance measurements and reporting outcomes. Develop and maintain a “best-practice” server architecture framework and methodology, including assessing new server purchases for compatibility with current architecture. Participate in projects requiring creative technical guidance, implementing automation to meet business needs efficiently. Support, monitor, and maintain production systems, ensuring confidentiality, availability, and integrity of data, and participate in Problem Management. Collaborate in Incident, Change, Configuration, Release, Availability, Capacity, and IT Service Continuity Management processes. Produce medium-term plans (1-3 years) for server infrastructure to support the institution across regions. Balance customer requirements and clarify goals in a dynamic environment, maintaining contact with vendors like Microsoft and IBM to improve service levels while controlling costs. Provide strategic input and execute strategies as directed by management. Location:Remote (Must be based in South America) Rate:$25/hour (depends on experience).
