This person will wear many hats — from supporting recruitment and admin processes to helping implement creative marketing ideas. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, tech-savvy, and able to balance multiple priorities without constant direction. If you enjoy taking initiative, bringing fresh ideas, and making things run smoother behind the scenes — this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesStaffing Business SupportAssist with administrative tasks including managing emails, entering payroll into QuickBooks, and organizing employee filesMonitor new job opportunities and help pre-qualify candidatesDouble-check recruiter submissions to ensure candidate quality and fitFollow up with candidates, confirm documentation, and manage timecard accuracySupport new hire onboarding and maintain compliance across staff recordsProactively flag issues and suggest operational improvementsCar Wash Business SupportAssist withsocial media contentcreation and scheduling (2–3 posts/week)Support marketing campaigns with creative input and content ideasOptional: Manage simple website updates via Wix platform (nice-to-have)General SupportHelp with personal assistant tasks such as booking travel or appointmentsBring tools, resources, and efficiency suggestions to improve workflowsWork independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyQualificationsExperience inadministrative roleswith exposure to staffing or HR functionsFamiliar withQuickBooks , spreadsheets, email/calendar management, and document organizationStrong organizational and time management skillsConfident communicator (written and verbal)Proactive, solutions-oriented, and self-managedCreative mindset and willingness to assist withdigital marketing tasksTech-savvy; experience with CRMs, social media tools, or project management platforms is a plusBilingual in English and SpanishpreferredExperience withWix, Canva, or social content toolsis a bonus
