Revenue Director | Grand Hyatt Los CabosWe are currently seeking a Director of Revenue for Grand Hyatt Los Cabos. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the hotel's overall revenue strategy, optimizing performance, and maximizing profitability across all segments in a dynamic resort environment. Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or Hospitality Postgraduate degree or certification in Revenue Management, Finance, or Marketing is highly desirable Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Management within hotels, preferably large-scale resorts or all-inclusive properties Proven leadership experience managing revenue teams and driving commercial strategy Strong background in market analysis, forecasting, and pricing Technical Skills: Expertise in RMS tools (IDeaS, Duetto, Rainmaker) and PMS/CRS (Opera, Synxis, etc.) Strong knowledge of distribution strategies across online and offline channels Advanced segmentation expertise (Leisure, FIT, Groups, Corporate, MICE, OTA) Deep understanding of KPIs: RevPAR, ADR, GOPPAR, Occupancy, Pick-up Advanced Excel and BI tools for data-driven decision making Advanced English required; additional languages are a plus Key Competencies: Strategic and analytical mindset with strong results orientation Leadership and ability to influence Sales, Marketing, and Operations Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-demand environments Key Responsibilities: Define and lead pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize total hotel revenue Oversee weekly and monthly forecasting and performance analysis Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing to align commercial strategies and campaigns Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand drivers Identify opportunities and implement action plans to optimize occupancy and profitability Lead and develop the Revenue team to ensure best-in-class practices If you are interested in joining this exciting opportunity or know someone who could be a great fit, feel free to reach out.
