Team Overview We are seeking an analytical and innovative marketer who excels at analyzing consumer experiences and user journeys, transforming strategies into clear, actionable steps, and ensuring comprehensive planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment, navigating ambiguous challenges, and identifying market opportunities to drive our objectives. In this role, you will report to the Spanish-speaking LATAM Passenger Brand Field Marketing Manager. Role Responsibilities Translate high-level strategy and positioning into concrete deliverables (Integrated MKT Campaigns, comms frameworks, value propositions, etc.) Develop and execute campaigns providing input into key messaging and creative briefs. Identify uniquely local and culturally relevant marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities, focused on creating sales activation strategies. Develop integrated communication frameworks looking to increase frequency, leveraging consumer occasions and category entry points. Use internal and external data to find relevant insights that transform into effective SoMe insights, actions and content. Use data-driven thinking approach for decision making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans. Set clear goals and KPIs to measure campaign success. Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts. Understand an MMM and develop data analysis to understand business impact through marketing investment. Media knowledge, understanding and strategic feedback. Experience in marketing executing campaigns for LATAM markets. Develop enablement materials (Toolkits, trainings, playbooks) to scale new developments/data analysis and help drive brand consistency. Remain fully informed on market trends and marketing brand campaigns. Role Qualifications Have +6 years of experience in result-oriented Integrated Marketing strategies. Experience leading strategic integrated regional marketing campaigns, research/insights, brand strategy, equity positioning, channel & comms planning, and campaign measurement & reporting. Proven LATAM media knowledge. Proven experience launching and optimizing integrated marketing Brand 360 campaigns. Full understanding of integrated planning, able to drive a full funnel approach. Business Acumen: fully understand the role of marketing communication on driving sales and revenue growth. Proven experience on launching sales activation campaigns with uplift on key business metrics. Critical Thinking: skillfully analyze problems using brand models or tools, generate a structured approach to solve problems, and identify patterns from practice. Able to solve complex issues within the functional area supported by data and consumer insights. Creative: able to generate innovative approaches to address problems. Consumer centric: User value creation analysis; definition of sources of growth based on user and desk research. Bias for action: with a relentless focus on results. Passion for high performance: A track record of being an energetic & optimistic team member with a collaborative spirit and the ability to influence and unify cross-functional teams, peers, and leaders.
