Role: Director of Customer Care - Ultra-Luxury Resort & Private Residential Community Location: Baja California Sur, Mexico Salary: US $100,000 - $180,000 per year + incentives + medical insurance + 401kA leading international real estate developer is seeking an exceptionalDirector of Customer Careto oversee the post-sales journey for buyers of ultra-luxury residences within a landmark resort and residential community on Mexico’s Pacific Coast.You will serves as the single point of contact for discerning homeowners from the signing of the purchase agreement through to final handover, ensuring an experience defined by precision, transparency, and world-class service - working closely with development, construction, legal, sales, and operations teams, you will ensure the client feels valued, informed, and supported throughout the process.Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire post-sales and delivery process for high-net-worth residential buyers. Coordinate across internal teams (construction, finance, legal, sales, and operations) to ensure a seamless and transparent experience. Proactively resolve client concerns and anticipate potential issues, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on performance, milestones, and customer satisfaction metrics.Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in customer care, client experience, or relationship management roles withinluxury real estate or high-end hospitality. Proven ability to manage sophisticated, high-value client relationships. Strong understanding of development processes and cross-departmental coordination. Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highly desirable.
