WAREHOUSE MANAGER ( Share CV in English)**Specific Objectives of the Position**- Ensure timely communication with 100% of assigned clients.- Resolve 100% of clients' needs related to the service.- Attend to 100% of clients in a timely proper manner.- Achieve satisfaction for 100% of clients.**Activities***1 Maintain the correct communication between the direct client and the different internal departments of the company.2 Prepare daily reports of deliveries, claims and returns.3 Attend to customer complaints or comments in a personalized way.4 Organize and plan the distribution of requests by customers.5 Manage and supervise the personnel under his charge.6 Stimulate the team to meet the goals (KPis).7 Visit customers to verify the performance of the service.8 Create and implement action or continuous improvement plans.9 Prepare and manage the department's annual budget.10 Conduct and coordinate briefings with your staff.11 Create contingency plans for possible staffing shortages.12 Inform customers about new features and functionalities.** Job Profile**Experience: Time:1 Warehousing and distribution management 5 years +2 Customs operations (preferred). 2 years +Languages: Advanced English.Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
