Be part of our team of innovators that are passionate about what we are doing.- We’ve been focused on the growth of every person in the company - if you want to learn and build your horizons, the ability for advancement is made available to everyone- We virtualized our company, work anywhere in the world, or set up shop in some of our main hubs like Old Town Scottsdale, Guadalajara, Cancun, or Miami.- Connect with travel opportunities to meet our clients around the world, gain experience in travel industries that are using technology to change the world.- We love our employees and we take care of them with health, dental, and vision insurance plans as well as paid vacation and holidays.**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure project alignment.- Track project progress and prepare regular reports on status, risks, and issues.- Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and task lists.- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.- Identify and resolve potential roadblocks in collaboration with team members.- Monitor resource allocation and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.- Support project managers with administrative tasks as needed.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage competing priorities.- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management.- Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams).- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.- PMO Certification required.**Working hours is 8am-5pm Arizona time, Monday - Friday.**Pay: From $31,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in 45100, La Villa, Jal.Application Deadline: 20/06/2025Expected Start Date: 30/06/2025
