Power Plant Operations Manager

Job Title: Power Plant Supervisor The role involves overseeing the activities in a power plant to ensure efficient operation, performance, and compliance with maintenance tasks. Plan daily activities with technicians to complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Develop strategies with the plant manager to enhance operational performance. Supervise O&M activity execution and monitor technician performance. Review the annual maintenance plan and ensure all activities are carried out according to schedule. Provide technical solutions to optimize plant efficiency. Supply technical specifications for procurement of services and spare parts. Prepare and communicate daily work plans for on-site activities. Manage and supervise technicians to maximize efficiency and overall performance. Oversee operator activities and ensure compliance with regulations. Supervise BOP-related technical matters and ensure scheduled activities are executed. Provide technical support for anomaly detection and plant condition improvement. Ensure safe operation of string inverters and BOP components. Maintain accurate records of technician activities. Ensure compliance with company ESG policies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
