Operation & Maintenance Supervisor in Power Plant

General Objective of the Position Supervise and manage the activities in the plant to ensure efficiency, performance, and compliance with maintenance activities. Main responsibilities Plan daily activities with technicians to ensure completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Develop improvement strategies together with the Plant Manager to enhance O&M performance. Supervise the execution of O&M activities and monitor technician performance. Review the annual maintenance plan and ensure all activities are carried out according to schedule. Provide technical solutions to optimize plant performance. Supply technical specifications to the procurement team for services and spare parts procurement, in coordination with the stock technician. Prepare and communicate the daily work plan for on-site activities. Manage and supervise technicians to maximize efficiency, optimize workloads, and boost overall performance. Oversee Operator activities and ensure compliance with CENACE regulations. Supervise BOP-related technical matters and ensure execution of scheduled activities. Provide technical support for anomaly detection and plant condition improvements. Ensure the safe operation of string inverters and BOP components. Maintain accurate records of all technician activities. Ensure compliance with the company's ESG policies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Support the implementation of procedures and new corporate requirements. Supervise specialized contractors during on-site activities. Job Profile Scholarship : Electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, renewable energy engineer or equivalent Professional experience : 3 or 4 years Professional area : Solar project O&M Specialized knowledge : Inverter technology, Power systems, DC systems, grid regulations, electronic protections. Use of Tools : Microsoft Office, driver's license, multimeter, electrical test equipment. Language : English Intermediate level What do we offer? Benefits exceeding the law.
