Title: Continuous Improvement Senior Manager (Productivity / Operational Excellence)Location: São Paulo, BR OR Monterrey, MX - 3-2 hybrid modelAt Newell Brands, we drive productivity by building capabilities in people, processes, and technology. Our PEAK strategy (Newell's branded improvement strategy) is key to this goal. We seek a Senior Manager to lead our Continuous Improvement strategy across LATAM sites, focusing on PEAK systems and methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Productivity- Support LATAM's productivity target.- Manage productivity governance and reporting for LATAM sites.- Train and communicate the global productivity reporting system.- Develop local productivity budgets.- Identify and track cost improvement projects.- Coach and train site engineers on productivity systems.PEAK- Implement PEAK plans for LATAM sites.- Develop Site Master Plans for business objectives.- Align PEAK initiatives with strategic plans.- Coach leadership on PEAK methods.- Build and deploy PEAK systems to optimize processes.- Ensure integration of PEAK processes and governance.- Conduct site loss analysis and idea generation.- Build PEAK teams and link work groups to business opportunities.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.- Solid experience in continuous improvement / Operational Excellence in a central supply chain role.- Solid experience within leadership roles in a multi-site continuous improvement environment.- Experience in regional/LATAM roles- Professional certification in Six Sigma, Lean, TPM, or similar methodologies (preferred).- Proven project management and leadership skills.- Willingness to travel up to 50%.Skills & Abilities- Strong leadership and project management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Skilled in coaching and developing teams.- Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments.- Advanced problem-solving abilities.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.- Innovative and performance-driven.- Growth mindset and proactive attitude.- Self-motivated and dependable.- Committed to continuous learning and improvement.
