Internal Manufacturing Solutions Expert About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Internal Manufacturing Solutions Expert. Based in Nemak Monterrey, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse talent and contribute to the success of our Global Internal Manufacturing Solutions team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with manufacturing teams to execute daily tasks during installation steps. Ensure the application of current technologies in executed projects by reviewing technical designs and implementing corrections when necessary. Provide support to business units to resolve chronic problems and improve control. Collaborate with manufacturing, projects development, and operations teams to execute automation projects. Support the operation during the startup curve of new equipment, ensuring a full cycle service to the plant and reporting any issues to internal customers. Develop manuals and technical training for operation and maintenance to deliver equipment for operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanic, Automation, Design, Electrics, or similar fields required. Advanced knowledge in Neumatic & Hydraulic, manufacturing, projects development, and project administration is indispensable. Experience with Layouts, Installation, CAD, Robotics, PLC ́s, mechanical design, electrical design software, automation and control, statistics, AI, production simulations, electronics, and robotics is required. Intermediate English language proficiency is required.
