Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking aSenior Business Analystto join our distributed team and provide ongoing support for a custom insurance policy administration application. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the system meets business needs and supports long-term operational goals. ResponsibilitiesAssist with configuration activities related to the insurance policy administration system Learn and perform configuration filework tasks, including rating, user interface, error messages, and document prototypes Create Epics, Features, and User Stories in MS Azure DevOps for the implementation of complex features Contribute to the knowledge repository by capturing knowledge transfer sessions and activities using MS Office and SharePoint Triage and resolve production issues for the core team Develop and maintain understanding documents that outline issues and user requirements Support requirement elicitation and estimation processes Collaborate with business users, vendor business analysts, and the development team to clarify issues and determine next steps RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role Strong skills in documentation analysis Knowledge of the insurance industry and related processes Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting Experience documenting requirements during knowledge transfer sessions Comfortable with direct communication with customers Willingness to learn and contribute to a growing team and account Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higher We offerInternational projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn#J-18808-Ljbffr
