Experience a diverse, multinational workplace where your operational insights directly influence how we work.Exposure to large-scale, complex infrastructure projects within a global organizationOpportunity to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environmentContinuous development through on-the-job learning and improvement-driven initiativesA workplace that values safety, compliance, and operational excellenceKey ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee HSSE performance across large-scale capital infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirementsMonitor and manage outsourced supply chain partners to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project executionEnsure full compliance with Mexican NOM (Normas Oficiales Mexicanas) and other applicable HSSE regulationsSupport project delivery teams in marine and civil construction activities, including piling, dredging, and quay wall constructionIdentify risks and implement proactive mitigation measures to enhance safety and operational performanceCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive HSSE accountability and continuous improvement across all project phasesProvide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to teams to strengthen HSSE culture and capabilitiesWhat We Are Looking ForContinuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.Leadership expectation: We are looking for people who consistently puts customers first, leads by example with respect for people, delivers results with integrity, and drives continuous improvement by solving problems at the root, developing people, and raising standards every day.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience managing and monitoring outsourced supply chains within construction or asset delivery environmentsProven experience leading HSSE workstreams in at least two large-scale, complex infrastructure projects, preferably in MexicoStrong technical knowledge of marine and civil construction, including piling, dredging, and quay structuresSolid understanding of Mexican regulatory frameworks (NOM standards) and HSSE compliance requirementsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across diverse teamsFluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to confidently present and communicate to internal and external stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
