Technical Support Leadership Role We are seeking a Technical Support Department Chief to lead our IT support operations and ensure a consistent, reliable, and high-quality technical support service for end users. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the resolution of technical support tickets (hardware, software, local networks, and peripherals). Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs and key performance indicators. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for end-user devices and peripherals. Prepare and present monthly reports on incidents, response times, SLA compliance, and trend analysis. Train and develop the technical support staff in tools, processes, and customer service practices. Manage hardware, software, license, and consumable inventory. Propose and implement improvements to processes, tools, and policies based on data analysis. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. 3–5 years of experience in technical support leadership roles. Solid knowledge of hardware, operating systems, networking basics, and end-user support tools. Familiarity with ITSM platforms and inventory management systems.
