Key ResponsibilitiesRemote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps)Server rack installation and decommissioningCross-connect and patch panel managementHardware troubleshooting and diagnosticsVisual inspections and inventory auditsEscort and access coordination for client visitsEmergency response and on-call availabilityRequirementsHands-on experience with data center infrastructureKnowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standardsReliable transportation and proximity to local data centersStrong communication skills in EnglishAbility to lift 25kg+ equipmentFlexible availability including weekends/holidays for urgent requestsNice to HaveCertifications: CompTIA Server+, Network+, CDCP, CCNAExperience at major DC providers (Equinix, Digital Realty, NTT, CyrusOne)Structured cabling expertise (fiber, Cat6, DAC)Data center or IT infrastructure experienceServer hardware and networking knowledgeReliable and professional with strong communicationProximity to local data center facilitiesFlexible schedule for on-call/emergency work
