Hiring for HR Supervisor Job Summary: This is a strategic role that will assist in implementing HR strategies, policies and programs to support organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about business trends and consult on plans and initiatives to drive change. Main Responsibilities: Support the HR Manager in various functions including employee relations, performance management, training programs and employee engagement. Contribute expertise and input on workforce planning, succession planning, compensation and benchmarking. Analyze training needs for departments and provide guidance on individual development. Foster positive relationships with employees and management alike. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Collaborate with teams to improve work dynamics, morale and productivity. Provide clear policy guidance and interpretation. Support HR-related projects as assigned. Necessary Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 5+ years experience in HR and 5+ years in supervisory positions. Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency. Key Skills: Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply applicable laws and guidelines. Effective time management and meeting deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
