Strategic HR Manager Job Summary: This role will oversee the implementation of human resources strategies, policies and programs to drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational objectives. Provide guidance on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training programs and workforce planning. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain a strong relationship with the union and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with relevant HR laws, regulations and best practices. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures. Support HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or related field. 5+ years experience in Human Resources and 5+ years in management positions. Desired Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to comprehend complex HR issues. Comprehensive understanding of industry trends and business practices. Ability to learn new HR tools and systems.
