Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team and oversee various human resources functions. Key responsibilities include assisting the HR Manager with employee relations, performance management, training programs, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about the company's business and strategic plans, providing guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, compensation, benchmarking, and other related matters. Maintenance of good relationships with employees, staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices, and improving work relationships, morale, and productivity are also key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in HR and supervisory positions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this position.
