The Role As a Financial & Accounting Analyst , you’ll be at the crossroads of finance and innovation . This is not your traditional back-office role—you’ll be a strategic partner  in driving financial insights, building scalable processes, and delivering executive-ready analysis. What You’ll Do Turn raw numbers into insights: analyze revenue, forecast trends, and highlight performance metrics that drive decision-making. Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis to guide strategy. Manage core accounting functions: AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and month-end close activities. Prepare clear, executive-ready materials for senior leadership and clients. Partner with cross-functional teams to connect financial insights with business outcomes. Enhance processes, reporting, and automation using tools like Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems . Support audits, compliance, and global reporting requirements. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in accounting & financial analysis (budgeting, forecasting, reporting). Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI . Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Excellent communication in English—both written and spoken.
