What You’ll Do:· Work directly with Clients and Managers.· Coordinate reports and assist paralegals and clients.· Supervise and enhance customer service quality, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.· Develop and deliver training sessions related to legal processes and regulations.· Manage and coordinate legal documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.· Act as the key contact between the firm and international clients.Key Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement approach. What We’re Looking For:· Law degree or equivalent experience as a Paralegal.· 1+ years of experience in law firms or as a legal assistant.· Excellent English (spoken and written) – essential for communication with clients.· Previous experience in team coordination and report generation.· Knowledge of various legal systems and the ability to provide training on legal topics. What We Offer:Monday – Friday Shift $25,000- $40,000 pesos a month (gross salary) Opportunities for professional development.
