Project Manager

Amphenol Mexicali is seeking a Project Manager to collaborate with the leadership team in managing new projects related to equipment and product implementation, ensuring alignment with stakeholders' requirements. If you have strong project management experience and a background in Industrial Engineering, this is your opportunity! Reporting to: Plant Manager Responsibilities: Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels, escalating issues as necessary according to the project work plan. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies. Develop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers. What You Need to Join Our Team: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Proven project management experience (3-4 years preferred). Experience in Automotive Manufacturing Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Project.
