Financial Inventory Analyst

Ensure compliance with the Inventory Cycle Count Program across all Amphenol Mexicali plants, in accordance with internal procedures and corporate policies. This role ensures adherence to financial reporting standards, Mexican customs regulations, and corporate policies, while maintaining accurate inventory records in the ERP system.Supervise the execution of the cycle count program in coordination with the Materials department. Support the execution and recording of cycle count activities. Identify and oversee root cause analysis for inventory adjustments exceeding $10,000 USD. Assist in the planning and coordination of physical inventory counts. Support the reconciliation of Annex 24 / Annex 31 reports with ERP inventory records. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve 100% completion of monthly cycle count audits. Ensure follow-up on required root cause analyses within one month.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 2 years of experience in physical inventory. Experience in an IMMEX / maquiladora environment. 80% English proficiency.
