Responsibilities:Responsible for the assurance that all employees are trained according to their training matrix. Responsible for carrying out and executing the annual training program. Comply with the training requirements of Labor Law (STPS). Coordinate and provide the HR Training to New Hires. Administration of trainers (First Shift) Active participation in events throughout the year. Support for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration, bachelor’s in psychology or Industrial Engineer 2 to 3 Years of experience in similar position. Experience using the TRESS system Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) development and implementation (DNC) English as second language. Working Knowledge in HR, Training and related. Decision making skills. Sense of urgency. Ability to work under pressure.
