SPECIALISTThis role position manages and mentors personnel within the safety / health / environmental / industrial hygiene department and monitors related department activities. Ensures the compliance with local, state and federal regulations within SHEE matters. Complies with company politics and SHEE process. Risk assessment and mitigation. Incident management and training compliance.Key RoleOversees safety domains such as safety / health / environmental / industrial hygiene, ergonomic assessments, fire safety, environmental / chemical laws and safety as required. Manage safety-related permits and authorizations (e.g., safety work permits, hazardous material handling permits). Conducting on-site safety and health supervising in MX production line to prevent accidents.Manage specialized fire safety domains such as hazardous materials handling, evacuation procedures, and fire suppression systems. Coordinate with external agencies and authorities as needed for inspections and certifications. Supervising all the hot works in the whole area of MX subsidiary to prevent fire accidents.Understanding and compliance with environmental/chemical laws (monitoring related laws and complying with permits). Management of environmental pollutant discharge/prevention facilities (management of less than 50% of legal discharge standards). Chemical substance management. Performance of public office work (reporting/inspection/inspection). Proper treatment and management of waste.Knowledge and Skills (general and technical)Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or related fieldRelevant experience(s) & duration: 3 - 5 years in environmental, health and safety department in a manufacturing environmentIntermediate to advanced computer skills MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint are required.Language / Level: English / Intermediate - Advanced (Spoken and written)
