We specialize in delivering seamless, high-end airport experiences for corporate clients, executives, and global travel partners, ensuring efficiency, discretion, and white-glove service at every stage of the journey.Role OverviewThis is a full-time remote position based in the Mexico, supporting global clients across multiple time zones.As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage client communication, bookings, and service coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, fast response times, and the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to all incoming calls, emails, and messages related to service inquiries and bookingsManage new reservations: verify details, confirm service requirements, and ensure accurate data entryCollect and validate all required booking information before processing requestsCreate and send invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate client recordsAssist clients with special requests, last-minute changes, and service adjustmentsCommunicate proactively with the manager on duty regarding urgent cases, escalations, or issuesEnsure all bookings, modifications, and cancellations comply with company policies and timelinesPromote and cross-sell additional services, including return-trip support when appropriateQualificationsPrevious experience in the travel industry is required (travel agency, airline, or airport operations)Excellent written and spoken English communication skillsStrong multitasking and technical skills; ability to work across multiple systems simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacyGood knowledge of global geography and travel destinationsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with consistent responsiveness (no delays in communication)Reliable computer/laptop, stable high-speed internet, and a working phone for callsWillingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
