Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth implementation and manufacturing transition.Key ResponsibilitiesLead redesign from obsolete components to productionEvaluate and qualify alternate componentsAssess PCB, schematic, and firmware changesDevelop and execute test & validation plansPerform electrical/environmental testingDrive alpha, beta, gamma builds & cutoverSupport BOM updates and production launchRequirementsBachelor’s in Electrical Engineering7+ years of experienceStrong PCB/schematic understandingHands-on with lab equipment (oscilloscope, etc.)Experience in testing, validation, and sustaining engineering
